This is an employee position (W2), with the flexibility to be part-time or full-time and set your own hours. Compensation is above-industry average and will be paid in accordance with clients seen. 

Requirements include:

• Current State of Colorado license as an LCSW or Psychologist
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with older adults as well as medical knowledge/background
• Willing to work 15 hours per week or more, or to steadily accept referrals to reach 15-25  clients per week
• Master’s degree in Social Work OR Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from  accredited University
• Current CAQH profile (we can assist with implementation if needed)
• Personal vehicle to drive to in-home appointments (within the Fort Collins, Wellington, Windsor and Loveland areas)
